Semantic Counseling Control Engine
SCCE is not a simple RAG chatbot — it is a knowledge-counseling control engine that combines Controlled RAG, Prompt Injection Defense, Output Verification, and an Immutable Audit Log. Rather than serving LLM-generated answers as-is, it delivers only responses that have passed registered sources, domain policy, safety rules, and evidence verification.
Acting as a counseling-style RAG AI Agent that helps users easily understand registered knowledge, it applies across diverse domains — psychological test interpretation, legal and insurance terms guidance, product CS, healthcare information — and operates on the same safety and control framework once you configure domain-specific sources, policies, templates, and risk-response rules.
When a user enters a lookup code or identifier together with a question, the engine finds evidence only within the registered sources and explains the key content, interpretation, cautions, and the next action or recommended procedure. Structured questions are answered with deterministic templates so results never drift, while open counseling questions let the AI draft a response that is delivered only after passing safety and evidence verification.
For crisis or sensitive expressions, the AI does not judge on its own — by deterministic rules it switches to dedicated response paths such as professional counseling, emergency support, or routing to a human agent. This safety module can be swapped or have its activation scope adjusted to fit each domain.
It also detects prompt injection and rule-bypass attempts, blocking user input from altering the system's safety rules. Every answer process is preserved as a tamper-proof record, with the evidence and verification steps fully traceable.
The goal is to make knowledge interpretation easier and safer while minimizing the risk of hallucination and loss of control in AI answers.
